Login Issues

I keep getting the error message "There was an error processing your account, please click here to contact our support team" when I try to sign in.

This may be due to an incorrect username or password. To retrieve your username, email amp@amp.org with your first and last name. Your username will be sent to the preferred email address listed on your membership record. To reset your password, click on "I don't know my password" and complete the form. A reset link will be sent to your email. Email AMPEducation@amp.org if you continue to have issues.


Problems with Purchase:

I thought I was a member of AMP, but I’m not getting the discounted rate. What do I do? 

Your membership may have lapsed. You can renew your membership online. Don’t forget to renew your membership annually to ensure you always get the discounted rate!


If it shows that you are a member, contact ampeducation@amp.org.


I can’t log into my account.

If you require your user name, please e-mail amp@amp.org with your first and last name and your user name will be sent to the preferred e-mail address listed on your membership record.

If you have forgotten your password, click on the “I don’t know my password link.”


Can I get refunds?

For live course registrations, refund policies will be written on the course description.

For online courses, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued.


Accessing Course Materials

How do I find the courses that I purchased?

Click on “My classroom” on the green box to the right. Log in using your AMP user name and password. You will see a list of programs that you have purchased.


Continuing Education Credits

How do I get my continuing education certificates?

Each course will have different requirements for claiming continuing education credits. To download the certificates, go to “My Credit” on the menu to the right. If you have not yet completed the requirements for obtaining the credits, you will find your course listed under “pending.” If you have completed all the requirements, you will find your course listed under “claimed credit.”



Can I share the materials I purchase?

Please note that all downloadable materials are for your use only. No digital files may be reproduced or transmitted in any form, by any means, electronic or mechanical. By purchasing a product, you agree to not share any of the course materials, including videos, downloadable slide presentations, outlines, manuscripts, etc. without explicit and written permission from AMP.

The website is not displaying properly.

We’re always making updates to our website. This means, you may not always be getting the most up to date files when you load our site. Clearing your cache is sometimes a great thing to do regularly.
